Citywide Worship

Starting August 20 every Monday night during the school year college students from across Charleston gather at the Citadel's Bond Hall Room 165 for a meal, worship, teaching, and community. The meal starts at around 6 pm and worship starts at 6:30 pm. There are rides available from our student center at 216 Calhoun Street at 5:50 pm each week.

First Stop: This is a great way to get introduced to our group in Charleston and meet a lot of new friends in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Thursday Nights at the Citadel

Free pizza and small groups for Citadel cadets will be on Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm on the 5th floor of Bond Hall. This is an opportunity for cadets go deeper with their classmates and the Word of God.

Second Stop: These groups are a great first stop, but also serve as a natural next step after attending a Citywide worship. They are structured to welcome new students any week of the year, but also provide an opportunity to make deeper connections.

Thursday Nights at Two16 BCM

On Thursday Nights from 8-9:30 pm at our student center at 216 Calhoun Street, all non-cadets (C of C, ACBA, Trident, etc) are welcome to join us for small groups. We begin with a brief time of announcement and introduction to that night's topic and then break up into smaller groups of 6-12 students for discussion.

Second Stop: These groups are a great first stop, but also serve as a natural next step after attending a Citywide worship. They are structured to welcome new students any week of the year, but also provide an opportunity to make deeper connections.

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups or D-groups are single gender groups of 3-4 students who share a desire to walk openly with one another. These groups usually meet once a week at various times throughout the week depending on the group's schedule. The time together can include studying a book of the Bible or other Christian text, accountability, prayer, and meeting general needs for one another.

"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2

Third Stop: After meeting many people informally at Citywide Worship on Mondays and building strong friendships at our small groups on Thursday nights, many students join a D-group. This is a wonderful opportunity to really begin to challenge yourself to grow in your faith. The students who commit to each other in D-groups see God do some amazing work in their lives.

Café Two16

Every Wednesday from 8:30-10:30 am we offer free coffee on the Cougar Mall at the College of Charleston for anyone interested. It's just a great way to meet new students and meet a simple need on one of our campuses. We also do this on occasion on other campuses. Feel free to come by and join us between classes!
